Freestyle Skis

$449.99
"BUILT TOGETHER!" The design concept of the Völkl Freeski Family goes into the fourth round! The complete Revolt Range was designed by Swiss illustrator Benjamin Güdel and the Revolt 96 replaces the Revolt 95. The development of the ski was a process over several years with different athletes and came to completion with the Norwegian Øystein Braten and the Völkl Freestyle Team around Tom Ritsch from Austria. The result is impressive in every respect. The tip & tail rocker ski with a new, modern sidecut is equipped with reinforced edges and modified flex zones meant to be ridden in the urban playground or in the park. Whether it's the stair railing behind the house, the rail in the park, or the kicker next to the slope, the Revolt 96 will give you enough pop and stability during take-off to raise your level up a notch. Of course, the Revolt 96 also features the proven 3D Radius Sidecut and a full-length sidewall for top performance on hard, shaped surfaces. The ski is available in four lengths from 157 to a whopping 181 cm, so that even taller or heavier riders will find the right model for them. An entirely new creation, the ARV 100 is the all-mountain freestyle king with a 100 mm waist and AR Freestyle Rocker providing exceptional all-around versatility. Whether sending it in the park or charging around the mountain in search of a few inches of fresh snow, the wider waist and rocker in the tips and tails deliver a solid platform for rutted-out landings and variable conditions. The ultralight Caruba Core and w3Dgewall construction keep weight to a minimum, enabling bigger tricks with less effort. With the softest flex profile of the new ARV Series, the ARV 100 is the ski of choice for butters and presses inside the park and out. Ski anywhere you like any way you want. The ARV 100 has your back. The Upside: - Park to Pow Versatile waist width, twin tip construction, and smooth tip and tail rocker lines provide a huge performance envelope from the terrain parks to secret stashes in the trees. - Light Done Right These skis cut weight in the right places for a lively, maneuverable ride that retains the stability needed for hard-charging and big sends. - Art by David Alabo ARV Series skis feature iconic artwork from David Alabo that explores surrealist futurism through intricately immersive design. Details (Ski Size 172cm); Radius - 17.5 Side Cut Tip - 126 Side Cut Waist - 100 Side Cut Tail - 119 Tech Features: - AR Freestyle Rocker Rockered tips and tails are combined with positive camber underfoot to allow the ski to charge easily through unpredictable snow and maintain a solid carve when asked to do so. Turn the whole mountain into your playground. - Caruba Core Our lightest wood core material creates the best uphill feel while retaining the power and damping characteristics required for descending the gnarliest terrain. This core makes no performance concessions in its quest to be ultra-light. - Ash Binding Insert A sustainable binding insert that provides superior screw retention. - 2.5 Impact Edge Oversized and specially heat treated, this edge is built to resist impact damage in the most demanding situations. - S7 base A sintered base optimized for speed, durability, and wax retention. - W3Dgewall The w3Dgewall is a 3D molded, injected sidewall that’s angled where it joins the wood core. During ski construction, this creates a mechanical bond in the mold and a more uniform connection between the sidewall and core. With more material in strategic areas and a three-dimensional taper in the tip and tail, the w3Dgewall balances ideal performance characteristics with reduced weights. Intended use: Freestyle, All Mountain

Boost mode engaged. The narrowest and stiffest ski in the ARV Series, the ARV 88 has a Poplar Core paired with w3Dgewall construction to provide maximum edge hold and pop in the gnarliest conditions from rutted-out inruns to icy pipe walls. Featuring more camber and a shorter turn radius underfoot, the ARV 88 has a more traditional turn shape and feel compared to other ARVs, while an elongated turn radius in the tip and tail eliminates any hooky behavior on takeoffs and landings. The ARV 88 is competition-proven and ready to send. The Upside: - Competition Ready Narrower widths and a stiffer tuned chassis reduce swing weight, boost pop, and provide lively responses for the biggest tricks. - Art by David Alabo ARV Series skis feature iconic artwork from David Alabo that explores surrealist futurism through intricately immersive design. - Frontside Weapon Dimensions and construction are tailored to slice and dice firmer conditions.
