WHAT TO EXPECT:
- Bike Condition: Please arrive with a clean, fully functioning bike. We do not offer bike cleaning or mechanical services in the studio.
- What to Bring: Come prepared with your usual riding gear, including a clean cycling outfit, shoes, and helmet. If you have any fit-related components—such as a saddle, cleats, bar tape, grips, shoes, or insoles—you’d like to install or try during your fit, bring those along. This is the perfect time to make those upgrades.
- Integrated or Proprietary Parts: If your bike features proprietary or integrated components (such as a one-piece handlebar/stem), please note that replacing these parts typically requires ordering through the manufacturer.
- New Bikes: If you're bringing a newly purchased bike, be sure to bring any small parts or accessories that came with it. These may be needed during the fit process.
- Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled time will incur a $50 fee.
