Be prepared. Come to your fit appointment with all your usual riding equipment including a clean riding outfit, shoes and helmet. If you tend to sweat a lot please bring a towel as you will be riding at varying levels of intensity. Please arrive with a clean functioning bike. We do not service bicycles during a Bike Fit.
