More support with more comfort
Why not combine the best? With the GA3, the winged grip has proven its genius to the All-Mountain world. The special thing about the GP1's off-road cousin is, he locks on tight with a lightweight inner clamp. The concept combines all the relief benefits of the wing and actively supports your wrist. Your freedom of movement and the accompanying bike control remains fully intact. Riding pleasure guaranteed!
What exactly are the benefits of the wings on the grips?
The longer a ride is, the harder it is for a rider to maintain the ergonomically correct hand position on the bike. As a result, riders often bend their wrists too much, stressing nerves and tendons and inhibiting blood circulation. Numbness and pain in your hands are often the undesirable consequences. The GA3 grip optimizes the hand position through the Miniwings and prevents over-bending in your wrist.
What is the carpal tunnel?
The carpal tunnel is an anatomic passage in your wrist for nerves and tendons running from the lower arm to the hand. If the wrist is bent too much the nerves become constricted, which often leads to pain and numbness.
The GA3 with Miniwing is based on the well-established and proven design of the MTB-specific GA2 grips. The particular shape of the grips provides you with great comfort and grip, without compromising the freedom of movement. This allows you to have all the control you need to tackle the most demanding of trails with full confidence.
As an ergonomically perfected expansion of the GA-series by Ergon, the primary purpose GA3 grips is to provide relief out in the trail. But, they're not only perfect for the MTB category, they are also ideal on fitness-oriented and urban bikes.
The ergonomic winged-grip GA3 is available in five striking colors. Ergon grips don't just feel great, they look great, too!

Designed with gel inserts and a patented Body Geometry design, the Toupé Expert Gel adds an extra layer of comfort to the Toupé's lightweight, performance-oriented design. Adaptive Edge technology allows the saddle's edge to conform to the body, and a choice of three sizes gives a dialed fit.

With our patented design, MIMIC technology helps create a saddle that perfectly adapts to your body to give you the support you need. When designing the Coast Stem, we had two main goals: construct it to complement the Coast Drop Bar and, like our Range Stem, develop it to satisfy the tech nerd in each of us. This stem is a shorty, and that's just what we want. The larger width of our Coast Drop Bar requires a shorter stem to achieve comfortable reach numbers.
If you run your current length stem with the Coast Drop Bar, your arms will be stretched to the side and your body stretched forward—kinda like how Superman flies—not ideal for biking. The shorter stem, in tandem with a comfortable 7° rise, places your body in an ideal position for comfort while remaining aggressive.
And to make sure you don't miss getting that footie, the Coast Stem includes a removable GoPro mount. So, you can easily record your gravel adventures or attach a light to escape into the night. Roll up to your next gravel escapade wide, short, and proud.
Sizing is a little challenging, as there is no hard and fast rule that works for everyone. A good rule of thumb is for every 20mm wider bar you go, drop 10mm on your stem. Again, a lot of this comes down to personal preference, but this is a good starting point for sizing.

Whether gunning for the podium or just wanting to finish strong, the Speedplay Aero road pedal is aerodynamically engineered to defy wind and boost speed with less effort. Speedplay is the only pedal system to provide independent fore-aft, left-right, and float adjustability to optimize fit and enhance performance through better biomechanics.
By integrating Speedplay's advanced pedal platform into Aero's streamlined design, a pedal profile is created that minimizes drag, helping you achieve faster finishes and shattered PRs.

The Coast dropper is the world's first Suspension Dropper Post, combining ride-smoothing suspension and the benefits of a dropper into one seatpost. This dropper is designed to help riders on all types of bikes, from packed-up trekkers, to the cross-country wanderers, even the weekday commuters.
We developed the Coast because the earth isn't flat (no matter what those people on Twitter say)—it's kind of bumpy. And, while we all like coasting along on freshly paved roads, mountain paths are enticing, and potholes exist no matter how much we swear at them. The Coast Post was designed to soak up some of these vibrations. We accomplished this via 40mm of tunable air suspension housed in the internals to make your ride a bit smoother.
While this post provides some relief from everyday chatter, it also comes with up to 120mm of drop. Most people associate dropper posts with mountain biking, but it turns out they're pretty jazzy on everything, from gravel bikes to trekking rigs and commuters. Let's face it, when your saddle is at the proper height for riding, dismounts can be…inelegant. A dropper post allows you to push a button and be in a flat-footed position when you want, easily returning you to the best saddle height for riding once you get going again. This can be great for starting and stopping in city traffic or getting on and off a bike packed up with stuff—or really, if your hips are just extra tight and creaky like ours.
Plus when you're going downhill, a dropper easily gets the distraction of your seat out of the way, letting you lower your center of gravity. Not only does this put you in a safer riding position, it also makes descents more fun (we wish this safer-but-also-more-fun combo was true for more things in life).
